Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) in error, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
